    2020年1月17日(ri),安正時尚集團股(gu)份有限公司與上海蛙品兒童用(yong)品有限公司簽署(shu)投資(zi)協議,增資(zi)收購上海蛙品29.41%的股(gu)權(quan)。截至2020年4月1日(ri),公司累(lei)計持有上海蛙品 50% 的股(gu)權(quan)。
